![]() ![]() I get the feeling your GM is trying to teach you something by bringing in Mr. Seriously? I pride myself on my combat monsters, but this is pure Mary Sue territory man. My own character is highly mobile but with about SP22 on average. If you have to hunt him, you're going to get picked apart. So to answer your question, I'd stack +REF and +init boosts (timewarp and adrenal boost, speedware, whatever) and hit him with something big, hard and dumb (because the RBP will let him make a dodge roll if you use a smartgun) like a Militech RPG-A (6d10, avg roll will give him a papercut and a max roll will destroy anything but his torso.) Since RPGs are cheap(ish), I'd hire a bunch of dorphers, give them timewarp and RPG-As with two rockets each and set up an ambush for his ass. 'Course it means you gotta go into combat without wearing fatigues, but so what? Extra armor never layers well with body plating, and what've we got to be modest about? (EDIT: A modified Samson can actually hit SP42 in SP20 armored clothing) That's not relevant however, since in Adam's own words (SoF2, p.69-70) he's naked and uses Reactive Body Plating: Add SP20 on top of that and, according to the table on p.102 of the MRB, you get SP29 (25-20=5, which is +4SP). First off, the Samson is armored to SP25. Adam Smasher typically wears SP 20 armored coveralls when he's on the job (giving him a total SP of 42) ![]()
